Consisting of ecofriendly construction, reduction in energy use, and aiming for indoor-outdoor connectivity, the new facility aims to not only create a refreshing living space, but to reduce environmental impact.
The facility will be licensed as a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) by the California Department of Social Services. The project consists of 201 units in total broken down into 176 independent/assisted living ranging from 445 sf to 1232 sf units, and 25 memory care units ranging from 375 sf to 532 sf. In addition the facility contains on-site common areas of communal dining, social activities, fitness, entertainment, and a spiritual center. Outdoor amenities include a 15,000 sf roofdeck, pool and spa, gardens, walking paths, courtyard patios and sitting areas.
Located off the intersection of Niguel Road and Crown Valley Parkway in the city of Laguna Niguel, CA, the project is within close proximity of bus lines and everyday services.
